HUMAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT
BOND PETITION DRIVE:
CONCEPT:
The concept for the petition drive is to command support from City Council to vote in favor of the Human Capital Investment Bond as a question on the ballot in the upcoming election.
METHOD:
The petition drive will focus on 9 key councilmanic districts by zip code with a goal of 10,000 signitures in each district. Once signitures are accumulated, a Bond White Paper is to be attached and presented to City Council.
PRESENTATION:
The presentation will be done by B-MEN led by Brother Sultan Ahmad, with 100 brothers in City Council chambers with another 200 outside City Hall.

COMMUNITY BOND KNOWLEDGE DRIVE
CONCEPT:
The concept of the knowledge drive is to make the constituents in our 9 targeted councilmanic districts aware of the benefits of the bond in simplest terms, i.e., jobs, housing, etc.
METHOD:
We will place information bond tables in strategic areas in the 9 targeted councilmanic districts, with bond brochures handed out by educated trained B-MEN reps on the bond issues.
OUTCOME:
With knowledge comes power, with our method the community will be equipped to vote in favor of an issue that affects the quality of life for their famlies and neighborhood.
