ADMINISTRATION: Create a tracking and follow-up system for BMCCP members that will help to maintain adequate workforce numbers for “Boots on the Ground” campaign. Create work roster for assigned duties with times and locations. Create reporting system that can be utilized for documentation and data for outcome reports.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Create social media team that will drive traffic to the BMCCP website’s funding pages. (Training will be provided for this action item.)
HOSPITALITY: Create hospitality team that will assist in social, political, organizational meetings, events, and campaigns produced by BMCCP. Act as ambassadors for BMCCP.
FUNDRAISING: Create fundraising team that will establish an annual signature event for BMCCP that will have a significant monetary, media, and political goal and objective. Create smaller fundraisers throughout the year for specific organizational needs.
