As many people, members of BMCCP are experiencing the effects of the Covid-19 Global Pandemic. This has made our members step up in big ways. Recently, BMCCP has launched our weekly Food Distribution Program, which benefits those most harshly impacted by the Coronavirus. Through internal fundraising, BMCCP has raised enough funds to weekly feed 160 members of the North Philadelphia community.
Every Friday at four locations (25th & Lehigh Avenue, 12th & Lehigh Avenue, 17th & Wingohocking Streets, and 55th & Christian Streets) at 10am to 2pm, residents can pick up grocery items to supplement the loss felt as a result of the pandemic.
